Posts;- Addl Genl Manager/ Dy General Manager(Materials)
Q;-Degree in Engg/Technology with minimum of 60% Marks and MBA with specialization in Materials Management/ Production Management/ Operation Management/Supply Chain
Management from a recognized institution/University or PG Diploma in Materials Mgmt. Preferable : Degree in Law
Scale of Pay (Rs):-Rs 36600-3%-62000/ Rs 32900-3%- 58000
Age up to:- 48 years
Posts:- Dy Genl Manager/Sr Manager(Melt Operations)
Q:-60% of marks in Degree in Metallurgical Engineering or equivalent.
B. Essential Experience: Post qualification Experience of 12/10years
Scale of Pay;- Rs 32900-3%-58000/Rs 29100-3%-54500
Age upto:- 45 years
CTC (Cost to Company) includes Basic Pay, DA, HRA, perks & allowances equal to
50%(48%+2%) of basic pay, PF & Gratuity.
Performance related Pay & Superannuation benefits, not included in CTC.

3.The Upper age limit indicated above is for unreserved category. Age relaxation is applicable in accordance with the Govt. of India’s orders issued from time to time.

Application should be submitted strictly ‘ONLINE’by logging on to MIDHANI website given above. The website will be kept open between 1000 Hrs on 27.05.2017 till 1700 Hrs on 10.06.2017
for this purpose.

The candidates have to make a payment of Rs.100/-(Rupees one hundred only) towards application fee through online payment using the debit card/ credit card/ net banking using the payment link available. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PWD/Ex-Servicemen category are not required to pay the application fee.
Candidates have to upload all the relevant documents pertaining to date of birth proof(SSC certificate), qualification, category, experience through the link available in the application form. Experience certificates should invariably contain the details of service, work experience & time period. Application without supporting documents will not be considered.
After successful submission of online application, the candidate can take print out of the submitted application and keep it for future reference. “Candidates need not send the hard copy”.
Applicants fromGovt/Quasi Govt/PSU should submit No Objection Certificateat the time of interview. Candidates wthout NOC will not be permitted for the interview.
