Engineer– Electrical:-
Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 2 -3 years


Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Knowledge in Substation management, Power Distribution, Diesel Generators, Transformers, ACB, VCB, and Electrical Machines.
  • Experience in installation and maintenance of LT/HT systems, Electrical Panel, Power circuits, Control circuits, AC/DC Motors, AC/DC Drives, PLC&AV System
  • Knowledge in Statutory EB / Inspectorate requirements, Energy saving techniques, Autocad, MS Office & ERP will be an added advantage

Qualification Diploma:  B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 -4 years


Duties & Responsibilities

JD Executive - Business Development
Qualification: Any degree /MBA
Experience: 2 -3 years

Duties & Responsibilities:-
  • Customer Visits, Direct visits to institutions / Corporates
  • Joint working with BDPs/ Travel agents, Execute customer activation program
  • Relationship building with key stakeholders, Lead follow-up
  • Create a weekly work plan for self
  • Follow & evaluate the reporting system
  • Review reports & initiate correction plan
  • Achieve productivity Matrix as per the target
  • Ensure customer Services & Complaint redressal.

Senior Assistant – Guest Relation
Qualification: Any degree ( 5 Positions )
Experience: 1 -2 years

Job Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Welcome guests check-in & giving a fond farewell to guest while checkout.
  • Handling guest complaints and concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

Front Office Assistant
Qualification: B.H.M/Diploma Or Any Degree
Experience: 1-3 years

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Welcome and Register the guests according to the procedure.
  • Assign room and accommodate special request whenever possible.
  • Assist in pre-registration and blocking of reservation when necessary.
  • Promptly notify housekeeping of all the late checkout, early check-in, and special requests.
  • File and post all charges to guests.
  • Follow the message handling procedures.
  • Get information about the daily activities and meetings taking place in the hotel.
  • Give suggestions and comments to the superior.
  • Follow Hygiene regulation and policy of the hotel.
  • Verify if all expenses have been charged on the bills of the guest and their amount.
  • Prepare all the necessary forms required to carry out the daily operations.

  • Guide the staff members for proper service and standards

  • Responsible for the operations in the allotted outlets

  • Should have proper grooming and responsible for check the daily grooming of staff members
  • Responsible for safety and hygiene part of staff members
  • Should have awareness about hygiene in food service and the importance of personal grooming also.
  • Job Knowledge
  • Should have good and depth knowledge about food and presentation about food
  • Should have wide knowledge about wine and other liquors
  • Responsible for giving menu briefing and training the standards of service to staff members
  • Should have experience in operating sales like WINHMS etc
